This was our family home of over 40 years so it was quite important to us to not only to get a deal worthy of this significance but also to make it an experience that was pleasant. Simon gave us both.

Simons knowledge and experience was really eye opening and unlike the other agents we were initially considering, it never felt like he was trying to sell somthing to us, rather a friendly chat about how he could assist us on achieving what we wanted.
