Aaron and his team are a standout sales success story; our house sold in 30 days in a buyers’ market at a top end price (clearance rates low 70’s%). The behavioral examples of his professional approach differentiated him from his competitors; he was selected from a field of 6 and it was his case studies and statistics demonstrating how he achieved top end sales performance that made the difference. On Auction Day the quality in the selling process kicked in and the tactics applied delivered. A Win/ Win for all concerned. Aarons, a local, knows his market and discussions with friends and neighbors confirming his standing in the community adding to the reason to use him and his firm. Read More

Throughout the entire selling process, Steve was professional and communicated with us along every step of the way. His honest and trustworthy approach (along with his sense of humor!) made the process super easy. Both Steve and AJay (Shire Realty) kept us updated and were absolute assets with their knowledge and experience of the area. We achieved a great result and couldn't be happier with the service. I would absolutely recommend Steve, AJay and the Shire Realty team to anyone looking to sell. Read More

Recently purchased a property in Box Hill NSW through Shire Realty and had an outstanding experience. The agency's professionalism and market knowledge really impressed me. Their team was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the buying process. What sets Shire Realty apart is their honest, trustworthy approach - they genuinely care about finding the right property for their clients rather than just making a sale. The entire transaction was handled smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend Shire Realty for anyone looking to buy in the area! Read More
