From the minute Aaron came in to discuss our listing we just felt comfortable that we were in great hands. Aaron was very good at telling us the pros and cons of our property and gave us a very good sense of where we should land based off comps without blowing smoke. The whole process he would always follow up with us keeping us in the loop with activity levels and feedback. During the auction Aaron was great at calming our nerves and made sure we understood that if we couldn’t get to where we needed to be he would not let us sell as he always had our best interest at heart. To be honest I wouldn’t even blink to use him again.
