I am sure Simon has obtained the best price for his customers, but on the opposite side, my own experience with Simon has been very good with quick, clear communication, an easy to deal with attitude, and many examples of going above and beyond to assist with the sale and helping out with some little things to make the move go smoother like taking measurements and so on which make a huge difference.

Would definitely consider using Simon myself for any future property transactions.
