When I first met Simon about 2 years ago, he was recommended to me by a lawyer (which made me slightly cautious….LOL).
Simon was polite, gentle, understanding and NOT at all pushy. I was selling my Mum’s home for difficult reasons, where Simon was genuine and kind.
It wasn’t until about 1 year later that I decided to put Mum’s home on the market, and during that 12 months, Simon would touch base every 2 months or so just to check in, which was a nice touch!!
When I finally decided to sell, Simon and his assistant Nicole, were excellent and very supportive. Simon suggested selling via an auction with a 4 week campaign, where I nervously agreed (not having sold a house via auction before had me quietly concerned), but I put my trust in him and his immense expertise.
We staggered the times of each open home to accommodate the agenda of potential purchaser’s, allowing more people through .
Come auction day (where my nerves were shot)…..Simon and Nicole were magnificent. Simon rallied with possible buyers and Nicole made sure I was okay.
With mixed emotion, Mum’s home sold……for more $$$$ than I thought, and that was only because Simon and Nicole’s “people skills” are exemplary!!
Sometimes in life when selling a home, you wonder could I have got more or should have pick an alternative estate agent…….not once has that thought crossed my mind. I was simply in ore, and to find an agent that’s true to their word…..well that’s saying something..
Evan though it was tough for me to sell Mum’s home that had been in our family for decades, Simon and Nicole made the process comfortable.
If I ever sell another home, I know exactly who I’ll be calling.
To Simon and Nicole…..you guys are GREAT
I can’t say “thank you” enough.
Sincerely
Louise
