2 weeks after we put the house on the market the Covid19 lockdown came into effect and the game changed. No more open homes, unsure buyers, and private inspections only. Simon worked with us to discuss strategies and kept us fully informed. He relished the hard work and personal involvement in selling one-to-one with each prospect. While we're very sad to part with our lovely home, we're thankful to Simon, Nicole, and the Shire team for finding us a good buyer in a tough market.
