Glenn Hayden

Glenn first began his real estate journey in 1993, following in the footsteps of his father who was also deeply involved in the industry.

With a passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships, Glenn finds excitement in the dynamic nature of real estate where no two days are the same. He started his career in property management before transitioning into sales, and eventually running his own successful real estate business, Hayden & Hayden Real Estate. Now, Glenn is thrilled to be part of the Shire Realty team, where he looks forward to continuing his focus on delivering exceptional real estate services both in sales and property management. 

A long-time resident of The Hills Shire, Glenn knows the area intimately and appreciates its family-oriented atmosphere and abundant opportunities. Outside of real estate, he runs a successful gym in Glenhaven, a passion driven by his own enjoyment of fitness and training. Glenn is a devoted father who enjoys spending quality time with his two teenage children and playing indoor soccer at the Dural Indoor Sports Centre. Known for his personable nature, strong negotiation skills and exceptional communication, Glenn is highly regarded by his clients and team members. With over three decades of industry experience and numerous sales awards, he is recognised as one of the most knowledgeable and trusted agents in the Hills Shire.
