Lauren Godfrey

Lauren first began her real estate journey in 2009, initially refining her skills in receptionist and administrative roles while studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management.

It quickly became evident that she had found her true passion, leading her to obtain her real estate license and transition into a pivotal office management role. Today, as the proud Owner and Director of Shire Realty alongside her husband, Aaron Godfrey, Lauren is thrilled to offer their services as a family-owned agency within The Hills Shire. What she loves most about her work is being a part of client journeys and being trusted with selling their biggest asset, an honour the team takes seriously.  Her background as an investor and property owner gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to empathetically guide clients through the often emotional and stressful process of property transactions.

Lauren’s authenticity shines through in everything she does, guided by her belief in maintaining integrity in all aspects of life. She lives by the motto, “Conduct yourself in business as you do in all areas of life.” A lifelong resident of The Hills Shire, Lauren lives with her husband, Aaron, and their four children in a community she loves for its family-friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, and well-established amenities. Her family is actively involved in several local sporting clubs, including Dural Rugby, Glenhaven Football Club and Hills Bulls. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and Pilates.
