We met Grant years ago when we first bought our apartment. We then engaged him recently to sell the same property through Guardian Realty. We were first home buyers (and first time vendors) and on both occasions Grant was lovely, professional and easy to deal with. The sale took a bit longer than expected but Grant kept at it and successfully negotiated a purchase from buyers just before Christmas.
