We first met Grant through a “Cold Call” from him in May 2023 inquiring if the property would be available for sale. We were looking to sell, & the partnership commenced from there. We did look at other agents, but Grant impressed us with his straightforward, honest, no “nonsense” approach. & Grant has an excellent sense of humour, which makes “working” with him all the more comfortable & pleasant.

We recently purchased our forever home from Grant.

Grant was extremely responsive in answering our questions and also in facilitating a private inspection. We saw property for the first time on the Saturday, came back for a private inspection on the Monday and put in an offer that night. We exchanged contracts on the Tuesday.
